Before joining Sunstate Equipment, Brandon served as EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Progress Residential, where he led strategic HR transformation for one of the nation’s largest private REITs.
Earlier, he held the role of EVP & Chief People Officer at EXOS, overseeing global people strategy for a workforce spanning over 500 locations worldwide.
His previous leadership experience also includes senior HR roles at Campus Crest Communities, Hostess Brands, Pepsi Bottling Group, and Florida Power & Light, where he developed deep expertise across organizational development, labor relations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and enterprise culture transformation.
