Before joining Dragos, Meghan served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Wiz, where she led recruitment strategy in one of the world’s fastest-growing cloud security organizations.
Prior to that, she spent over four years with Appian Corporation, progressing through multiple talent leadership roles including Director, Talent Acquisition (North America + Chennai), where she oversaw strategic hiring for engineering, product, and enterprise growth functions.
Earlier in her career, Meghan held senior talent acquisition leadership positions at Evolent Health, CoStar Group, CGI Federal, and L-3/SYColeman, building deep expertise across technical recruiting, government contracting, enterprise software, healthcare, and cybersecurity sectors.
Her leadership journey reflects strong specialization in scaling high-performing recruitment organizations, building global teams, and aligning talent strategy with business transformation objectives.
