Hyderabad, India, July 2026 — Ferty9 Fertility Center has appointed Sukesh Chandra Gain as its Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he will lead the organization’s growth strategy, clinical excellence, innovation, and patient experience, with a focus on making world-class fertility care more accessible across India.
Sukesh joins Ferty9 after serving as Chief Business Officer at Birla Fertility & IVF, where he was responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and expansion across one of India’s largest fertility care networks. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President & Head of Revenue & Operations, leading revenue, operations, strategy, procurement, projects, customer experience, digital initiatives, and a workforce of more than 700 associates across over 50 IVF clinics in 35 cities.
Before joining Birla Fertility & IVF, Sukesh spent nearly five years with NephroPlus, where he held multiple international leadership roles. As Senior Vice President & P&L Head – International Business, he led business expansion across Southeast Asia, the GCC, and Central Asia while driving international strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border operations. Earlier, he served as Country General Director – Uzbekistan, successfully establishing and scaling dialysis operations in the country, and simultaneously led the business as Director – Philippines and General Manager – Saudi Arabia, overseeing market entry, joint ventures, acquisitions, and large-scale healthcare operations across multiple international markets.
Earlier in his career, Sukesh held leadership positions with Medlife.com, where he built and scaled the diagnostics business, Eurofins Advinus, driving international business development across multiple global markets, and BioGenex, leading strategy and international business development across CIS, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. He also held international business development and strategic marketing roles with Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd., before beginning his professional journey as an Assistant System Engineer and Bioinformatics Researcher with Tata Consultancy Services – Biosciences Division.
Sukesh holds an MBA in General Management (Marketing, Finance & Operations) from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi.
