Hyderabad, Telangana, India, May 2026 — Ravi Chittuluri has been appointed Senior General Manager – HR at Apitoria Pharma Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma Limited. With over 26 years of experience across HR leadership, industrial relations, administration, talent management, compliance, and organizational transformation, Ravi brings deep expertise in building high-performance workplaces within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors.
Before joining Apitoria Pharma Private Limited, Ravi served as General Manager at Hindware Limited, where he contributed to human capital management and strategic HR planning. Prior to that, he spent nearly nine years with Neuland Laboratories Limited, holding roles including General Manager Human Resources and Deputy General Manager Human Resources. During his tenure, he managed HR and IR operations across three manufacturing sites and led initiatives across manpower planning, job role mapping, attrition control, trainee hiring, union wage settlements, administration cost optimization, employee discipline, CLRA management, and HR business partnering.
Earlier in his career, Ravi worked with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Zuari Cement Ltd., Global Green Foods, and Ushodaya Enterprises Private Limited (ETV Network), building strong experience across HR operations, contract labour management, statutory compliance, payroll, plant administration, recruitment, union relations, and employee engagement. His work across manufacturing-led environments has strengthened his capability in workforce optimization, HR digitization, leadership development, compliance management, and people-centric transformation.
