YPrime appoints Karen Kelly as the new Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. With over two decades of extensive experience in finance and strategic planning, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role at YPrime, a leading provider in clinical trial solutions.
Prior to joining YPrime, Karen served as Vice President of Finance at Amplity Health for five years, where she was instrumental in driving financial strategy, managing client pricing, and leading financial projections. Her role was pivotal in securing new business and fostering key client relationships, enhancing the company’s market position significantly.
Before her tenure at Amplity Health, Karen was Vice President of Finance for Financial Planning and Analysis at Publicis Healthcare Solutions, part of Publicis Groupe. From 2017 to 2018, she managed the financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, business reporting and analysis, and client pricing strategies. This role also involved close collaboration with business development teams to support responses to RFPs and program pricing.
Earlier in her career, Karen held significant positions at PDI, Inc., now acquired by Publicis Groupe, where she transformed the financial support model and led the negotiation and execution of client and vendor contracts. Her efforts were crucial in aligning financial strategies with business objectives, thus supporting the company’s growth and client servicing capabilities.
