Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Satish Kumar has been appointed as Chief Customer Relationship Officer and Mentor at Sansera Engineering Limited, marking a new chapter in his distinguished career spanning more than 21 years with the organization. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening customer relationships, enabling strategic collaboration, and mentoring teams to drive customer-centric innovation and operational excellence across the business.
Over the years, Satish has played an integral role in Sansera Engineering’s growth and transformation journey. Most recently, as Chief Engineering and Technical Services Officer, he led engineering excellence, new product development, and continuous improvement programs. His earlier leadership roles include Vice President & Head – Business Development, Head of Business Development, and AVP – Operations, where he contributed significantly to business expansion, process optimization, and capability building.
Before joining Sansera Engineering, Satish gained extensive experience in manufacturing operations, production management, and export marketing through roles at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, Anoop Metal Alloys, and Motor Industries Company Limited (MICO – BOSCH). His deep understanding of manufacturing systems, customer ecosystems, and global industry requirements positions him strongly to lead Sansera’s customer and relationship strategy.
