Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, August 2024 – Kerri Pearce has begun her new role as the Director of Human Resources at Manning Elliott LLP. In this capacity, Kerri will spearhead HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and enhancing employee engagement at one of British Columbia’s most respected accounting and business advisory firms.
Prior to joining Manning Elliott LLP, Kerri served as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at Meridian Law Group for over a year, where she was instrumental in streamlining HR operations and driving organizational growth.
Before that, she held the position of Director of Human Resources at Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang LLP for approximately four years, where she led HR policies, strategic planning, and employee benefits design.
Kerri also brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at Harper Grey LLP and Exan Group, where she further honed her leadership and HR strategy skills. Her extensive experience across various legal and corporate environments positions her as a key player in enhancing Manning Elliott’s HR functions.
