Boston, Massachusetts, United States, August 2024 – Arnav Mukherjee has taken on the role of Senior Director, People Systems & Data at Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. In this position, Arnav will lead the development and management of people systems and data strategies, focusing on optimizing HR technology and data-driven solutions to enhance the company’s human resources functions.
Before joining Xenon Pharmaceuticals, Arnav served as Director, Talent Technology at Moderna for over two years. In this role, he partnered with key HR and Talent leaders to create and deliver an HR technology roadmap, managing budgets and overseeing project delivery across various HR initiatives.
Prior to his tenure at Moderna, Arnav worked at Deloitte for nearly 12 years in various roles, including Senior Manager – Global People Technology. During his time at Deloitte, he drove high-impact HR and Talent-related projects, designed HR technology roadmaps, and led significant transformations in global HR systems.
Arnav began his career at Accenture as an HCM Analyst, where he supported the implementation of Human Capital Management transformations at major Fortune 500 firms. His early experience also includes working as a Research Associate at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
