Singapore, May 2026 — Aayush Sikhwal has been promoted to Director – Total Rewards & People Analytics at Coda, marking a significant milestone in his global HR and rewards leadership journey.
Aayush has been with Coda for nearly three years, most recently serving as Lead Global Total Rewards & HR Analytics. Earlier, he led Global Total Rewards, overseeing compensation, benefits, workforce planning, budgeting, and equity across 29 countries.
Before joining Coda, Aayush worked with GoTo Group as APAC Total Rewards Specialist, covering Singapore, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. He previously held compensation, benefits, and talent management roles at Flipkart, and began his career with Tata Consultancy Services in learning and development and technology roles.
He holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi.
