Portland, Oregon, United States, August 2024 – Kimberley Posey has been appointed as the Vice President, Human Resources at Leatherman Tool Group. In her new role, Kimberley will lead the company’s HR strategies, focusing on fostering a culture of excellence and supporting the workforce that drives Leatherman’s continued success in crafting quality multi-tools and knives.
Before stepping into her new role, Kimberley served as the Sr. Director, Human Resources at Leatherman Tool Group for three years. In this position, she played a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies that aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, contributing to the growth and development of the organization’s talent pool.
Prior to joining Leatherman, Kimberley held the position of Vice President, Human Resources – STANLEY Infrastructure at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. for over two years. Here, she led the HR function for a global manufacturer of hydraulic tools and attachments, focusing on innovative solutions and strategic HR management.
Kimberley also served as the Director, Human Resources at IDEX Corporation, where she managed HR processes for Micropump Inc., the global market leader in low-flow gear pumps. Her leadership was instrumental in supporting various industries including healthcare, automotive, and food and beverage.
Earlier in her career, Kimberley held multiple HR leadership roles at Meggitt, where she contributed to significant organizational growth and integration efforts across the aerospace, defense, and energy sectors.
