Chicago, Illinois, United States, August 2024 – CK Taneja has taken on the position of Senior Vice President of Transformation and Innovation (Hedge Fund Services) at Northern Trust. In his new role, CK will focus on building operational and organizational resiliency to ensure sustainable growth within the Hedge Fund Services business. His initial efforts have involved collaborating with leadership to develop a proactive strategy that accelerates delivery timelines, integrates quality into all processes, and strengthens risk management practices.
Prior to his current role, CK served as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Resiliency at Northern Trust for approximately 2 years and 2 months. In this role, he was instrumental in enhancing enterprise resilience by addressing regulatory challenges and developing a comprehensive operational readiness strategy that streamlined business operations and improved compliance.
Before his tenure at Northern Trust, CK worked as an Enterprise Transformation Architect with Chinmayam Consultants Inc. for around 1 year and 11 months. He introduced business agility frameworks that significantly reduced operational costs, enhanced product quality, and improved time-to-market for various clients, including Fortune 100 companies.
Earlier in his career, CK held the position of Business Transformation Coach at Chinmayam Consultants Inc. for approximately 7 years and 5 months.
