Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2024 – Mukund Awasthi has been promoted to the role of JVP- Delivery Pharma at THB, where he will lead the company’s delivery operations for the pharma sector, leveraging his extensive experience in digital solutions and corporate communications.
Career Journey: Prior to this promotion, Mukund served as AVP- HCP Outreach (Digital Solutions) at THB for three and a half years. In this role, he was instrumental in enhancing healthcare professional outreach through innovative digital solutions. His leadership contributed significantly to the growth and success of THB’s digital initiatives.
Before joining THB, Mukund was the Assistant General Manager Corporate Communication at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited for two years. He led external communication functions, managed media relations, and spearheaded digital marketing efforts, resulting in significant growth in corporate website traffic and media coverage.
Earlier in his career, Mukund held the position of Product Marketing Manager at RoundGlass, where he was responsible for planning and executing go-to-market strategies, managing marketing budgets, and driving customer acquisition for healthcare solutions. His achievements included consistently exceeding targets for app downloads and lead generation.
Mukund also gained valuable experience at HealthFore Technologies Limited, where he served as Head of Marketing & Sales Enablement. In this role, he led go-to-market strategies, supervised lead generation activities, and supported sales teams in customer acquisition and engagement efforts.
