Titusville, Florida, United States, January 2025 – Dr. Renee Velez Pizarro has joined SD3IT as Chief People Officer. In her new role, she will spearhead initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive talent acquisition and enablement strategies. Dr. Pizarro’s leadership will be instrumental in supporting SD3IT’s mission to deliver cutting-edge IT and cybersecurity solutions for U.S. Federal, State, and Local Governments.
Dr. Pizarro brings a wealth of experience in leadership and HR. She is the Founding Partner of Clean Canvas Consulting, where she has been reshaping leadership paradigms in multicultural and complex organizational environments since 2020. She is also a Senior Business Consultant with AchieveUnite and PartnerTap, leveraging her expertise in channel development, sales, and strategic planning to accelerate client growth.
Previously, Dr. Pizarro held several leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) over her 13+ year tenure. Notably, as WW Commercial Segment and Digital Sales Sr. Director, she led over 1,000 digital sellers globally, fostering transformation and growth. Earlier roles at HPE included NA Commercial Inside Sales Leader and Director, NA Channel Development & Sales, where she drove channel strategy and managed substantial revenue portfolios.
Her entrepreneurial spirit is evident as the owner of Teas and More, a wellness-focused small business, and her longstanding role as a John Maxwell Coach, Trainer & Speaker, mentoring individuals and teams to unlock their leadership potential.
