Cairo, Egypt, September 2024 – Tamer Essam has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at BEAM Consolidated. In this role, Tamer will lead the company’s HR strategy and initiatives, focusing on enhancing talent management and organizational development across BEAM Consolidated’s diverse portfolio.
Tamer Essam has recently assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at BEAM Consolidated, where he will spearhead HR strategies and initiatives. His extensive experience in HR leadership will be pivotal in driving organizational effectiveness and aligning HR practices with the company’s strategic goals.
Before this appointment, Tamer served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at El-Araby Group for approximately 2 years and 4 months. During his tenure, he led HR efforts to support the company’s growth and operational excellence in the consumer electronics and home appliances sector.
Prior to El-Araby Group, Tamer was the Vice President of Human Resources at Schneider Electric for nearly 10 years. In this role, he managed HR operations across multiple regions, emphasizing talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Tamer also held the position of Human Resources Director at Alkan CIT for about 5 years. He was responsible for leading HR functions and supporting the company’s strategic development in the technology sector.
Earlier in his career, Tamer worked as Human Resources Manager at T3A Pharma Group for approximately 5 years and 7 months, overseeing HR operations and contributing to talent management and organizational development within the pharmaceutical industry.
