Earlier in her career, Mini worked at FINO PayTech Limited as Manager – Human Resource for 3 years, where she was involved in HR management and organizational development. She also held roles such as Assistant Manager – Business Management & Growth and Management Trainee at the company, accumulating a total of 4 years of experience in various HR and business management functions.
