Hyderabad, Telangana, India, September 2024 – Kriti Badal has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Visarj. In her new role, Kriti will oversee all HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning, to support the company’s mission of pioneering revolutionary immersion cooling technology.
Kriti Badal recently joined Visarj as the Head of Human Resources, where she will lead HR strategies and manage human capital to support the company’s growth and innovative objectives in the data center and computing hardware industry.
Prior to this role, Kriti worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant at MarkUp Consulting Services Private Limited for approximately 1 year and 3 months. In this capacity, she provided expert HR consultancy services, focusing on sensitive issues and branding to support various client organizations.
Before her consultancy role, Kriti served as HR Manager – Talent Acquisition (P&C Insurance) at Manomay Consultancy Services India (Pvt) Ltd for nearly 2 years. She was responsible for employee engagement, talent management, and strategic HR planning in the insurance sector.
Earlier in her career, Kriti was the Founder & Director of MarkUp Consulting Services Private Limited for about 2 years and 9 months. She established the firm to offer comprehensive HR solutions, including business administration, payroll, and recruitment-process outsourcing, utilizing advanced technology to streamline HR functions.
Kriti’s professional journey also includes roles such as Senior HR Specialist at Protiviti India Member Pvt. Ltd for almost 3 years and Enterprise Risk Management – Executive at Deloitte India for 1 year and 4 months. She has extensive experience in HR management, employee engagement, and performance management across various sectors.
