Boca Raton, Florida, United States, September 2024 – Elizabeth Wixted Scott has been appointed as the Global Head of Talent Management and DEI at CSL. In her new role, Elizabeth will lead global efforts in talent management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), driving strategies to foster a more inclusive workplace and enhance talent development across the organization.
Before stepping into her new role, Elizabeth was the Senior Director, Global HRBP at CSL Plasma, where she led human resources for three years, contributing to the company’s growth and employee engagement efforts. Her strategic leadership helped shape the HR processes within CSL Plasma, a subsidiary of CSL.
Prior to that, she served as the Director, Global HRBP for Commercial Operations, where she supported the global commercial teams in HR management, facilitating talent and leadership development within the company. Elizabeth’s extensive experience with CSL Behring, a global biotechnology leader, has solidified her expertise in HR practices within complex, global organizations.
Before joining CSL, Elizabeth held the position of Global HRBC for Commercial and R&D for almost a year, where she worked on projects that involved global human resource business partnering and R&D initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she was a Global Human Resources Manager at Thomson Reuters, where she played a key role in HR leadership for over two years. Her experience at Thomson Reuters further expanded her skills in HR strategy and talent management on a global scale.
