Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2024 – ELICO Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Manjunath Sastry Madugula as the new Vice President of Human Resources. Manjunath brings extensive experience in HR management and will lead the HR functions to support the company’s strategic growth.
Manjunath Sastry Madugula joins ELICO Ltd with a wealth of experience in human resources. Most recently, he served as the Vice President HR at Sarvotham Care Limited for 1 year, where he was responsible for managing and optimizing the talent acquisition function, developing strategies to streamline recruitment processes, and enhancing overall HR operations.
Prior to Sarvotham Care, Manjunath held the position of Vice President HR at Biophore India Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. for 10 months. In this role, he led HR transformation and digitization across group companies, leveraging AI and HR technology to improve processes and efficiency.
Manjunath also served as the CEO & CHRO at Recruitrix (Brictor Technologies Private Limited & Danja Group) for over 4 years. As the founder of HR Tech Startup Company, he built various AI-driven talent platforms and led corporate functions for group companies in IT Products and Services, Retail, and IT Hardware.
Earlier in his career, Manjunath was the Head of HR at Laila Nutraceuticals, where he led the corporate HR function of the International R&D Centre and oversaw HR operations across multiple units. He has also held HR management roles at companies like Godrej Jersey, Balaji Railroad Systems Pvt. Ltd. (BARSYL), LeadingC Computing Pvt. Ltd., and Infinity Software Private Limited.
