In this role, he led a team of 30+ talent acquisition professionals in providing end-to-end staffing solutions to Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. Sapan developed and executed comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, resulting in a 30% increase in client satisfaction ratings. He also drove operational excellence through the implementation of advanced recruitment technologies and process enhancements, leading to a 20% reduction in time-to-fill metrics.
Prior to this role, Sapan was the Associate Delivery Director at Collabera Digital for 3 years, where he managed a diverse portfolio of client accounts generating over $10 million in annual revenue. He provided leadership and mentorship to a team of delivery managers, recruiters, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
