Sapan Parikh joins Cognixia with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Most recently, he served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Collabera Digital for over 2 years. In this role, he led a team of 30+ talent acquisition professionals in providing end-to-end staffing solutions to Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. Sapan developed and executed comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, resulting in a 30% increase in client satisfaction ratings. He also drove operational excellence through the implementation of advanced recruitment technologies and process enhancements, leading to a 20% reduction in time-to-fill metrics.

Sapan began his journey at Collabera Digital as a Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, where he supervised a team of 15 recruiters, developed and executed innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborated closely with hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
