Tampa, Florida, United States, September 2024 – Andrew Diaz has started his new role as Director of Talent Acquisition at SoFi, where he will lead the company’s recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent in support of SoFi’s mission to help members achieve financial independence.
Prior to joining SoFi, Andrew Diaz held various leadership roles at Salesforce over a 10-year period. Most recently, he served as Director of Global Talent Acquisition, where he was responsible for overseeing global recruitment efforts and building diverse talent pipelines. Before this, Andrew was Senior Manager of Latin America Recruiting, leading recruitment operations in the region and driving talent acquisition strategies.
Earlier in his career at Salesforce, Andrew also worked as the Manager of Latin America Recruiting, where he successfully expanded the company’s footprint across Latin America by sourcing top talent and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Before Salesforce, Andrew gained valuable experience as a Senior Technology Recruiter at Accenture, where he focused on recruiting top technology talent for the New York City area. He also served as a Technical Recruiter at The Fountain Group, where he specialized in sourcing technical candidates for various industries.
