Before joining Lief Labs, David Kroes served as an Advisory Board Member at Customer Experience at UC Irvine, DCE for over three years, where he provided strategic insights on organizational development and leadership coaching. His tenure focused on enhancing customer experience programs and guiding leadership teams in implementing effective strategies across various departments in Irvine, California.

Previously, David held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ChromaDex for five years. There, he was instrumental in driving organizational change, talent management, and HR operations for the fast-growing bio-science company based in Los Angeles. He successfully implemented flexible workplace solutions and contributed to the company’s cultural evolution, supporting its rapid expansion.

David has also worked as an HR Consultant across multiple companies, providing strategic guidance on people planning, culture evolution, and organizational development for more than a year. His expertise was utilized to design sustainable HR strategies, foster talent development, and coach leadership teams to improve operational efficiency.

Earlier in his career, David served as the Head of Human Resources at Ingrooves Music Group, overseeing HR functions for offices across the globe, including Los Angeles, New York, London, Berlin, and Oslo. He led people engagement efforts and managed HR operations for nearly three years, focusing on talent retention and organizational growth in a highly dynamic industry.
