Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, October 2024 – Mili Dutta has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at SAR Electric Mobility, a leading player in the electric vehicle space. In her new role, Mili will lead the HR function, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategies to support the company’s growth in the fast-evolving electric vehicle market in India.
Before joining SAR Electric Mobility, Mili Dutta served as Head of Human Resources at EverEnviro Resource Management Private Limited for 2 years and 1 month, where she oversaw talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy development, playing a pivotal role in the company’s growth and operational success.
Prior to her time at EverEnviro, Mili held the role of Deputy General Manager – HR at Tenneco, where she worked for 1 year and 6 months. In this position, she managed recruitment and HR operations for the company, ensuring effective talent management and workforce optimization.
Mili’s experience also includes 4 years and 2 months as Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement at Suzlon Group, where she led initiatives in recruitment, employee retention, and engagement strategies across the organization.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Indus Towers Limited as the Circle HR & Admin Head – Gujarat, and prior to that at Erstwhile Viom Networks in similar roles, where she managed HR operations, recruitment, and policy implementation for multiple regions.
