London, United Kingdom, October 2024 – Rahul Desai has been appointed as the new Vice President, Team Lead – Talent Acquisition at Pico, a leading provider of technology services for the global capital markets. In this role, Rahul will oversee the recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes across Pico’s key regions, including London, Dublin, Madrid, and Warsaw, working closely with HR to support the organization’s growth objectives.
Rahul brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the financial and technology sectors. Prior to this role, he served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Pico for 1 year and 10 months, where he successfully coordinated recruitment processes across multiple EMEA locations and supported talent initiatives that drove the company’s success.
Before joining Pico, Rahul worked as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner at Palo Alto Networks, where he managed recruitment for key EMEA regions, and as the Community Development Lead at hubbado, where he built a network of trusted consultants and consultancies for various clients.
Earlier in his career, Rahul held several recruitment management roles, including at CACI Ltd and NSC Global, where he was responsible for managing recruitment teams and ensuring the fulfillment of senior hires across the UK and Europe.
