Michelle O'Rourke Appointed as Chief People Officer at CoreWeave

Roseland, NJ, USA – October 18, 2024 – CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™, has announced the appointment of Michelle O’Rourke as Chief People Officer, effective immediately. O’Rourke, who currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources, will now assume full leadership of the company’s human resources function, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development and retention, and company culture. In her new role, she will also join CoreWeave’s executive leadership team.

With over two decades of human resources experience, O’Rourke has played a pivotal role in shaping CoreWeave’s culture and talent strategy since joining the company in 2021. Her deep understanding of the company’s values and vision positions her uniquely to maintain CoreWeave’s entrepreneurial, mission-driven, and high-performing work environment.
