Chakraborty joined DTDC in 2009, embarking on what he describes as a “roller-coaster ride” of triumphs and trials that have profoundly shaped his professional and personal life. Throughout his career at DTDC, he has held multiple key positions, recently serving as the Executive Director where he led the Business Transformation Program and managed operations focusing on India. He has also been at the forefront of DTDC’s retail and e-commerce logistics strategies under the brand DOTZOT.
In his heartfelt announcement, Chakraborty expressed deep gratitude towards his family, including his parents who founded DTDC, and his sister, wife, and daughter for their unwavering support. He also extended thanks to his colleagues, channel partners, and customers, reflecting on the collaborative spirit that defines DTDC’s corporate ethos.
