Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2024 – Suruchi Bhatia has joined RLG Systems India Private Limited as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Suruchi brings over 15 years of extensive experience in human resources, specializing in talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy.
Suruchi previously served as the General Manager-HR at Azure Power for over two years, where she led HRBP roles for the entire organization and managed the performance management system process.
Before that, she was the Head of Human Resources at ASA Industries, where she established the HR department from scratch, building various HR pillars. Her experience also includes serving as the Head Corporate HR at Omax Autos Ltd., where she streamlined HR processes for a staff of 550.
Suruchi has held significant roles at Camfil, including Global HR Head-Power Systems, where she handled talent management initiatives across five countries and managed the HR function for Camfil’s India branch. Her earlier career includes roles at Mawana Sugars Ltd., KEC International Ltd., and IFFCO-TOKIO INSURANCE SERVICES LIMITED, where she managed various HR functions and drove strategic HR initiatives.
