In his new role, Harish will focus on enhancing the company’s reinsurance capabilities and driving growth.
Prior to his promotion, Harish served as Senior Vice President at PINC Insurance for over two years, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s reinsurance strategies and expanding its market presence. His focus was on optimizing business operations and creating impactful client solutions.
Earlier, he was the Vice President at PINC Insurance for nearly eight years, contributing significantly to the company’s reinsurance division. His tenure was marked by strategic developments and a strong emphasis on building client relationships, which led to substantial growth in the reinsurance segment.
Before joining PINC Insurance, Harish worked as Assistant Manager at Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Ltd. for over a year, where he was responsible for managing key accounts, streamlining processes, and enhancing operational efficiency within the reinsurance domain.
Harish began his career at Willis Processing Services India Pvt Ltd, where he served as a Specialist for almost five years, gaining extensive experience in reinsurance processing and client management, which laid a strong foundation for his successful career in the insurance industry.
