In his new role, Daryl will oversee strategic initiatives and operational performance, driving growth and innovation in Sola Salons’ unique franchise model for beauty professionals.
Daryl comes to Sola Salons after over five years at Maaco Corporation, where he held multiple executive roles, including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice President of Operations & Franchise Services. His tenure at Maaco was marked by a commitment to operational excellence and franchisee support, strengthening Maaco’s position within the auto services industry.
Prior to Maaco, Daryl served as an Operations Excellence Manager at Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., where he enhanced operational standards and training programs for one of the nation’s leading restaurant companies. He also spent over a decade at Outback Steakhouse in various roles, including Managing Partner and Regional Training Manager, honing his expertise in operations and team development.
With extensive experience across diverse sectors, Daryl is well-equipped to lead Sola Salons as it continues to empower beauty professionals to achieve success and independence through salon ownership.
