Sydney, New South Wales, Australia – November 2024 – Kim W. has joined Jamesons Strata Management as Chief People Officer. With extensive experience in HR leadership across industries, Kim will lead Jamesons’ people strategy, focusing on fostering a dynamic and engaged workforce as the company continues to expand its presence across New South Wales.
Prior to joining Jamesons, Kim served as Head of People & Culture at Neighbourly Strata for nearly two years. In this role, she led initiatives focused on performance management, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning, creating people-focused processes that supported the organization’s growth and employee engagement.
Before her tenure at Neighbourly Strata, Kim spent nearly six years as Total Rewards Manager at DXC Technology. Her responsibilities included overseeing compensation and benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives.
Earlier in her career, Kim held the position of Compensation & Benefits Specialist at CSC for six years, where she gained expertise in benefits management and relationship development. She also served as HR Manager – Projects & Benefits at CSC, where she drove critical HR projects that supported the organization’s strategic goals, along with her initial roles as an HR Business Partner, fostering a strong foundation in HR operations.
