Prior to her new role, Erin served as the Director of Human Resources Consulting at Missionwell, where she led a team of HR professionals, offering HR strategy, payroll operations, compliance, and employee relations for Missionwell’s nonprofit partners. She focused on cultivating strengths-based team performance, ensuring legal compliance, and driving HR best practices.
Erin’s career includes over a year as a Human Resources Consultant, where she leveraged her strategic HR planning and compliance skills to provide HR support to various clients. Before joining Missionwell, she was the Human Resources Manager at The Evangelical Alliance Mission (TEAM), where she established a collaborative culture and enhanced recruitment, training, and compliance processes across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Erin held the role of Human Resources Coordinator at RentalMax and contributed her skills in people management and compliance, helping establish efficient HR systems for a business spread across multiple locations.
