Hyderabad, Telangana, India, April 2025 – Vinod Krishna has been appointed as Head – Human Resources at Innovative Infra & Mining Solutions (IIMS). In this role, he will lead HR strategy and operations, fostering a high-performance and learning-oriented culture aligned with IIMS’s expansion and operational excellence in the mining and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to this appointment, Vinod served at Aurobindo Pharma Limited for nearly a decade, where he most recently held the position of Associate Vice President – Learning, Leadership, Culture & Centre of Excellence (HR). He played a pivotal role in driving leadership development, cultural transformation, and HR innovation within the organization.
Before his time at Aurobindo, he was associated with Adlabs Entertainment Ltd. as Head – Talent Management, Learning & Organizational Development, where he helped build robust L&D frameworks to support a rapidly growing entertainment business.
Earlier in his career, Vinod headed Training and HR at EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd., where he oversaw training strategy, HR policy design, and ICT-based learning content development. His career also includes key HR and L&D roles at Manipal Education & Medical Group, Monster.com India, IBM Daksh, and customer experience leadership roles at ICICI Bank, ITC Hotels, and Oberoi Hotels.
