In this leadership position, Irene will oversee all aspects of HR, focusing on people strategy and supporting Element Energy’s mission to advance safety and intelligence in battery systems for energy storage and EV applications.
Previously, Irene Blevin was Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Services at NeuroPace for over 23 years, leading comprehensive HR strategies and business partnerships within the high-tech life sciences sector.
Earlier in her career, Irene held HR roles including Sr. HR Specialist at Heartport, Manager, Human Resources at Aviron, and Sr. HR Specialist at Gilead Sciences.
