Before joining Bridge Group, Ramin held the role of Human Resources Manager at Larin’s, where he was instrumental in driving HR initiatives across recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In this position, he developed strategies that aligned HR goals with overall business objectives, supporting the company’s growth within the Baku Ekonomic Zone.
Previously, Ramin served as an HR Business Partner at Mesleheci.az, where he specialized in aligning HR practices with strategic business outcomes. His expertise in contract-based HR services allowed him to implement efficient workforce solutions and talent management programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Earlier in his career, Ramin gained significant experience as the Head of Human Resources Department at Azlift Pro LLC, where he oversaw HR operations across various functions, including talent acquisition and development. His work played a key role in enhancing HR efficiencies and compliance within the organization.
