New York, United States, November 2024 – Noah Coslov has joined ESPN as Senior Director, On-Air Talent Recruitment & Development. In this role, he will oversee recruitment, development, and performance optimization for ESPN’s on-air talent. Based in New York, Noah brings a wealth of experience from the sports media and broadcasting industry.
Noah Coslov transitions to ESPN with over 20 years of experience in sports media and talent development. Since 2018, he has been the Founder of Paper Mill Pillars, a consultancy specializing in broadcast training for professional athletes, coaches, and media professionals.
Most recently, Noah served as the General Manager at Golf Nation, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s operations and strategic growth for over three years. He remains engaged as a senior advisor.
Previously, Noah was a Play-by-Play Announcer at Stadium, covering college basketball and football for five years. His tenure at CBS Sports as a Sports Anchor and Play-by-Play Announcer spanned a decade, contributing to his expertise in live sports broadcasting.
His earlier career includes hosting roles at SiriusXM, CineSport, and on-air talent positions with Major League Baseball and the National Basketball Association. He began his journey as a Radio Broadcaster for the Reading Fightin Phils, showcasing his passion for sports media.
