Baden, Aargau, Switzerland, November 2024 – Robert Faltermeier has been named the Managing Director at Arabelle Solutions, a global leader in nuclear turbine island technology and services. Based in Baden, Switzerland, Robert will lead the company’s Swiss operations, driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation in delivering reliable, low-carbon energy solutions.
Robert brings a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in the energy and power generation sectors. Prior to joining Arabelle Solutions, he spent nearly nine years at GE Power, where he held the role of General Manager, Power Services Nuclear, overseeing key operations and delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients across diverse markets.
Previously, Robert was with Alstom Power for over nine years. As General Manager – Sales & Execution, he managed a €40 million annual P&L and led a team of 27 professionals. He was instrumental in transforming the department’s transactional approach into a market-oriented, project-focused business, increasing profitability and introducing innovative service offerings.
Robert also held leadership roles at ABB, where he served as Head of Sales Power Generation and Manager of Business Development. His responsibilities included managing budgets, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-value projects across Switzerland and international markets. Earlier in his career, he honed his expertise in sales and project management at LWB Steinl GmbH & Co. KG, selling elastomer processing machinery in over 20 countries.
