Leah Pearson has been a dedicated professional at First Onsite Property Restoration for nearly a decade. Prior to her new role, she served as Director of Global Talent Management, where she successfully developed strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent on a global scale. Earlier, she was the Global Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing recruitment processes and implementing innovative talent management strategies.
Before that, Leah held the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition, working closely with her team to engage and source top talent across Canada. Her earlier role as a Human Resource Business Partner at First Onsite allowed her to focus on employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
Prior to joining First Onsite, Leah gained experience as a Human Resources Advisor at Yellow Pages Group and as a Human Resource Consultant at Langara College, where she contributed to key metrics, employee training, and organizational improvement initiatives. Her career also includes leadership roles as Human Resources Manager at Anthem Properties Group and Canstar Restorations, showcasing her extensive expertise in HR operations and team management.
