Parsippany, New Jersey, United States, May 2026 – Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. has appointed Zoya Khan-Sassaman as Vice President, Talent Recruitment Strategy & Experience, strengthening the organization’s people leadership as it continues evolving its workforce and talent capabilities across the United States.

In her new role, Zoya will lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy and recruitment operations, focusing on modern, data-driven hiring practices, employer branding, workforce planning, candidate experience transformation, and scalable recruiting strategies aligned with evolving business and workforce needs.

Her mandate includes optimizing hiring outcomes across both corporate and frontline roles while leveraging analytics, technology, and market insights to strengthen Securitas’ talent ecosystem and operational excellence.

Before joining Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., Zoya Khan-Sassaman spent more than eight years with Prudential Financial, where she held several leadership positions across talent acquisition and workforce strategy.

Most recently, she served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition – Strategy, where she spearheaded the creation and leadership of Prudential’s Talent Acquisition Strategy team, driving initiatives across inclusive recruitment, recruitment marketing, technology transformation, and process optimization.

Prior to that, she was Vice President, Talent Acquisition – Global Technology, leading strategic hiring initiatives across technology functions and supporting workforce transformation efforts. She also served as Director, Talent Acquisition – Chief Marketing Office, Communications and Technology, where she partnered closely with leadership teams on workforce planning, executive hiring, recruitment strategy, talent analytics, and leadership hiring initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Zoya spent over seven years with TEKsystems in both recruiting and account leadership roles. As Technology Account Manager, she led client relationships, staffing strategy, recruiter development, and diversity-focused talent initiatives while managing large-scale technology hiring engagements across multiple industries. She began her journey there as a Technical Recruiter, quickly establishing herself as a high-performing recruiter supporting Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, insurance, and telecom sectors.
