London, England, United Kingdom, May 2026 — EXA Infrastructure has appointed Alec Cochrane as its new Global Head of Human Resources, expanding his leadership mandate after nearly five years of driving global talent acquisition and diversity initiatives within the organization.
Alec most recently served as Talent Acquisition and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Director at EXA Infrastructure, where he led global recruitment, inclusive hiring strategies, and enterprise-wide diversity programs. His progression to Global HR leadership reflects EXA’s confidence in his ability to shape broader people strategy, workforce development, and organizational transformation.
Prior to joining EXA, Alec built strong talent leadership credentials through senior recruitment and early careers leadership roles at Colt Technology Services, where he managed European and global recruitment strategies, inclusive recruitment programs, graduate and apprenticeship initiatives, and corporate hiring across HR, finance, legal, and sales.
Earlier in his career, Alec held strategic talent acquisition positions at Interoute, ITHR Telco, and within the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors, developing expertise in workforce planning, talent strategy, and HR transformation.
