United States, May 2026 – isolved has announced the elevation of Isela C. to the role of Vice President, Talent & HR Operations, reinforcing the company’s leadership capabilities as it continues scaling its global human capital management platform and people operations infrastructure.
In her new role, Isela will lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, overseeing end-to-end hiring strategy, scalable recruiting processes, analytics, systems optimization, and candidate experience initiatives across the organization. Her responsibilities will include driving hiring efficiency, onboarding readiness, operational excellence, and workforce scalability aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Prior to her promotion, Isela served as Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition at isolved, where she partnered closely with executive leadership to define and execute talent strategies supporting the company’s rapidly growing HCM SaaS business. She played a key role in building and scaling the global talent acquisition function across the United States, LATAM, and India while driving improvements in hiring quality, speed to productivity, workforce forecasting, and executive talent reporting.
Earlier at isolved, she also held leadership roles as Director Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, contributing significantly to scaling recruiting operations, strengthening hiring governance, and implementing modern AI-enabled recruiting practices across the organization.
Before joining isolved, Isela worked with UKG as Global Executive Recruiting Leader, where she partnered with executive leadership teams on strategic global hiring initiatives while supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging goals through executive talent acquisition strategies.
Prior to UKG, she served as Head of Executive Recruiting at Rackspace Technology, leading executive recruitment and global diversity-focused hiring strategies during a critical phase of organizational growth and transformation.
Her career also includes talent acquisition leadership assignments at HighRadius, Connective Talent, and Modis, where she developed expertise across SaaS hiring, executive recruitment, workforce planning, and global talent strategy.
