New York, New York, United States, January 2026 — Mitchell & Titus, LLP has appointed Ashanti (Osbourne) Martin as Head of Human Capital, strengthening its people leadership as the firm continues to expand its strategic talent, culture, and organizational capabilities.
Ashanti joins Mitchell & Titus after serving as Vice President, Head of Culture at KKR, where she led enterprise-wide culture strategy and people initiatives for one of the world’s leading investment firms.
Prior to KKR, Ashanti built extensive expertise in diversity, inclusion, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy at Pratt & Whitney, where she held senior leadership roles across global inclusion, diversity strategy, and recruitment process management.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly seven years at Travelers, progressing through multiple HR and talent acquisition leadership roles, with a strong focus on university relations, strategic hiring, and organizational development.
