A seasoned leader with over three decades of experience, Muralidharan brings unparalleled expertise in digital transformation, cybersecurity governance, IT strategy, and enterprise leadership across diverse sectors including financial services, healthcare, and technology.
In his new role, Muralidharan will strengthen Bandhan Life’s governance framework, contributing his deep insights into risk management, technology modernization, and regulatory compliance. His extensive experience across board and advisory roles positions him to provide strategic oversight that aligns with Bandhan Life’s vision of sustainable and secure growth in the insurance sector.
Muralidharan continues to lead MR Advisory, where he provides strategic technology, cybersecurity, and governance consulting to CEOs, founders, and boards. He also serves as Advisor and Global Head – Strategic Initiatives at Impactsure Technologies, Advisory Board Member at Network Science, and Advisor – Cybersecurity & IT at Fourteenth Degree Azimuth (India) Advisory. In addition, he plays an active governance role as Lead Independent Director at Angel One, chairing the Risk Management, Technology & Cybersecurity, and ESG Committees.
Earlier, Muralidharan held several senior leadership positions across the Atos Group, including CEO of Atos India, Vice President at Atos Syntel, and Head of Cybersecurity and Quality Assurance at Syntel. His transformative leadership in these roles was instrumental in driving business growth, digital innovation, and IT-enabled transformation across global markets. His career also includes impactful stints at TransWorks, Epicenter Technologies, Vertibra Communications, Satyam Computer Services, Tata Consultancy Services, and Konark Computers, where he played key roles in network design, cybersecurity strategy, and enterprise system governance.
