Rob brings over two decades of progressive HR leadership experience across manufacturing, logistics, automotive, retail, life sciences, and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Sulzer, he served as Senior Human Resources Manager at LabConnect, where he led strategic HR initiatives supporting organizational development and people operations.
Before LabConnect, Rob held senior HR leadership positions at Inalfa Roof Systems Group, Michael Kors, DB Schenker, and Art.com, where he developed deep expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll, recruitment, leadership development, and workforce planning across multinational environments.
His extensive operational and strategic HR background positions him well to lead Sulzer’s people agenda in the Netherlands, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability.
