Orlando, Florida, United States, May 2026 – Orlando Health has elevated Chrissy Eisert to the role of Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, recognizing her strong leadership in talent strategy, recruitment transformation, and workforce planning within the healthcare sector.
In her expanded role, Chrissy will continue leading talent acquisition initiatives focused on building scalable hiring strategies, strengthening recruitment operations, and supporting workforce growth across the organization’s expanding healthcare network.
Prior to her elevation as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, Chrissy served as Director, Talent Acquisition at Orlando Health, where she played a key role in advancing strategic recruitment initiatives and strengthening hiring operations across the organization.
Before joining Orlando Health, she served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at PruittHealth, leading enterprise talent acquisition strategies and supporting organizational growth initiatives within the healthcare industry.
Earlier, Chrissy was Director, Talent Acquisition at PODS, where she contributed to recruitment transformation and talent strategy initiatives. She also spent over four years with Hilton as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Southeast & LATAM Region, leading high-volume and management-level hiring operations across multiple regions. During her tenure, she managed a team of 13 recruiters, supported approximately 3,000 hires annually, and drove recruitment technology modernization initiatives involving advanced HR technology platforms and automation tools.
Chrissy also built extensive leadership experience during her nine-year tenure with Newell Brands as Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, where she led North American recruitment operations, partnered closely with executive leadership teams, and managed talent acquisition systems, recruitment marketing, and enterprise hiring strategies. Earlier in her career, she held recruiting leadership roles with Turner Broadcasting System and Lanier Worldwide Inc., building expertise across corporate recruiting, HR business partnering, and talent strategy.
