Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Rohit Ranjan has been promoted to a new position as Director at Navin Fluorine International Ltd.. In his expanded role, he will continue contributing to strategic projects, operational transformation, business excellence, and organizational growth initiatives as the company strengthens its position as a global leader in organo-fluorine chemistry and specialty chemical solutions.
Prior to this promotion, Rohit Ranjan served as Associate Director at Navin Fluorine International Ltd., where he was involved in process transformation, branding and communication, and strategic business initiatives. Over the last two years with the organization, he has played a significant role in driving operational and strategic transformation programs aligned with the company’s growth ambitions and global expansion initiatives.
Before joining Navin Fluorine International Ltd., Rohit worked with EY for over two years, progressing through roles including Assistant Manager and Senior Consultant. During his tenure, he focused on project portfolio management, process consulting, transformation initiatives, and operational improvement programs across client organizations. His consulting experience helped strengthen his expertise in business transformation, strategic execution, and process excellence.
Earlier in his career, Rohit held managerial roles with SRF Limited and UPL, where he contributed to operational excellence, project management, total quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives. These experiences helped him build strong capabilities in driving efficiency, transformation, and performance enhancement across industrial and manufacturing environments.
Rohit began his professional journey with JSW Steel as Junior Manager – Business Excellence, where he spent nearly four years focusing on total quality management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence programs. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in strategic projects, people management, process transformation, operational excellence, and business improvement initiatives across consulting, manufacturing, and specialty chemicals sectors.
An alumnus of BIT Sindri, where he earned his Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering, Rohit’s promotion reflects his growing leadership journey in strategic transformation and operational excellence.
