Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, December 2024 – Tania Kabel has been named Head of Human Resources at Sunstate Cement Ltd, where she will lead strategic HR initiatives, foster organizational development, and support the company’s workforce across Queensland and northern New South Wales. Tania brings over 15 years of comprehensive HR experience across various industries, making her a valuable addition to Sunstate Cement’s leadership team.
Before joining Sunstate Cement Ltd, Tania served as National Human Resources Manager at ATCO Structures, where she led HR functions for over five years. Her tenure was marked by impactful leadership in hybrid operational settings, ensuring strategic alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.
Prior to ATCO, Tania was People and Culture Manager at Surf Life Saving Foundation, where she supported cultural transformation and workforce optimization. Earlier, she held the role of Human Resources Manager (ANZ) at BlastOne International, overseeing HR operations across Australia and New Zealand.
Tania also served as Human Resources Manager – Northern Contracting Operations (QLD, NT, WA) at Zinfra, managing HR strategies for a diverse geographic footprint. Additionally, at Orrcon Steel, she was Human Resources Manager – Salisbury Manufacturing Operations, where she played a pivotal role in workforce development and operational excellence.
