Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Srikanth Iyer has been named the Sales Director at NIVEA INDIA, the world’s largest skincare brand. With over a decade of experience in general management, sales leadership, and operations, Srikanth is set to spearhead NIVEA’s sales strategies, strengthen distribution networks, and bolster the brand’s market presence across India.
Srikanth joins NIVEA after a significant tenure at Kimberly-Clark, where he served as Sales Director, leading sales operations and contributing to the company’s growth trajectory. Before this, he was Senior Vice President – Head of Sales & Marketing at METRO Wholesale India, where he played a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing initiatives.
Prior to that, Srikanth held the position of Business Head at Himalaya Wellness Company in Bangladesh, managing a multi-million-dollar business across several personal care categories and overseeing a team of 500 professionals. He also made substantial contributions at Mondelēz International, where he managed the company’s largest business territory as Region Head and led national sales, trade marketing, and category strategies for major product lines like Bournvita and Tang.
Srikanth’s career includes roles at PepsiCo, SABMiller, and Patni Computer Systems, showcasing his versatility and expertise across diverse industries and markets.
