Klaipeda, Lithuania, December 2024 – Greta Galminė has been named Chief People & Culture Officer at AROS MARINE, where she will oversee the strategic alignment of human resources and organizational culture to support the company’s growth and operational excellence. Greta’s appointment highlights her extensive experience in project management, business development, and customer experience.
Greta Galminė brings over four years of diverse experience at AROS MARINE, where she previously served as Head of Quality, Project Manager for Customer Experience, and Project & Business Development Manager. In these roles, she was instrumental in driving business growth strategies, managing international projects, and enhancing customer experiences. Her leadership in developing tailored solutions and implementing IT projects further strengthened the company’s position in the maritime industry.
Prior to joining AROS MARINE, Greta worked as a Project Manager at RNDV Group, where she successfully coordinated technical projects for ships and land, managing budgets, risks, and customer engagement. Her ability to handle complex project stages with precision contributed to the successful completion of high-impact initiatives.
Greta also spent over two years with Carnival UK, taking on roles such as Project Manager & Consultant and Projects Implementation Lead for Shipboard Emergency Response. She managed corporation-wide projects onboard cruise ships, collaborated with senior management and international vendors, and ensured operational excellence in safety and technical processes.
Her early career includes positions such as Career Center Specialist at the Lithuanian Maritime Academy and Project Management Consultant with various organizations. These roles highlight her dedication to mentoring students, fostering professional growth in the maritime sector, and driving impactful project outcomes.
