Osijek, Republic of Croatia, December 2024 – Jelena Strišković has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Orqa FPV, a leading innovator in drone technology. In her new role, Jelena will oversee strategic HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR compliance, as the company continues to push boundaries in the FPV (First Person View) drone market.
Jelena brings a wealth of experience to her new position. Prior to joining Orqa FPV, she served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Barrage, where she was instrumental in streamlining onboarding processes, optimizing HR operations, and ensuring legal compliance for over two years. Before that, Jelena was an HR Generalist at Barrage for four years, managing HR policies, recruitment processes, and analytics to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
Earlier in her career, Jelena gained experience as an Independent Administrative Referent at the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute (HZMO), where she handled complex administrative matters involving EU regulations. She also worked as a Sales Promoter at MPG Zagreb, where she honed her communication and organizational skills.
Jelena holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the Faculty of Law in Osijek, equipping her with a robust understanding of labor law and compliance, which she has effectively leveraged throughout her HR career.
