In her new role, Lee Ann will oversee HR functions for Circana’s North America Retail and Retail Manufacturing Collaborative verticals. Lee Ann’s career spans multiple leadership roles in human resources. Prior to joining Circana, she was Senior Manager, Human Resources at Ipsos North America, where she served as the lead HR partner for healthcare and innovation teams for over three years, contributing significantly to strategic HR planning and team development.
Before that, she was Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sullair, where she led key HR initiatives, including succession planning, benefits administration, and leadership development. During her tenure as Human Resources Manager at OTECH Corp, Lee Ann managed HR compliance, employee relations, and benefits, while ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
Her earlier career included roles in accounting and administration, providing her with a strong foundation in financial operations and organizational processes, which complements her HR expertise.
