Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, December 2024 – Abbey Perrin has stepped into her new role as Head of People and ER Services at Ubank. In this capacity, Perrin will lead strategic initiatives to enhance employee relations, foster workplace culture, and drive organizational growth through people-focused strategies.
Perrin transitions to this new position after serving as a Senior People Partner at Ubank for over a year. During her tenure, she contributed significantly to strengthening the company’s HR framework and supporting its growth objectives.
Before Ubank, Perrin worked with humm group, where she held roles including Senior People Business Partner and People Business Partner over three years. She played a pivotal role in organizational design, workforce transformations, and setting up HR structures in new international markets.
Earlier in her career, Perrin spent nearly five years with Merivale, a leading hospitality brand in Australia, where she held roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Advisor. Her responsibilities spanned employee engagement, talent development, and supporting the organization during an ambitious expansion phase.
Perrin also gained valuable experience as an HR Coordinator at Sonoma Baking Company and as a Human Resources Intern at Red Bull, where she began her HR career journey.
